Have you been there?
Valtice Castle
It may not be one of the most barrier-free places in the Czech Republic, but Valtice Castle is definitely worth visiting and admire its beautiful architecture.
It looks impressive even from a distance. It is no wonder that this gem of the Lednice-Valtice area is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The original castle from the 11th century became a castle in the period between the 17th and 18th centuries, which used to be the residence of the noble family of Liechtenstein.

Lednice Castle and surroundings
If you or someone close to you will be celebrating a birthday (like me), a trip like this is a great idea for a gift. I really enjoyed that week.
The Lednice-Valtice area, which has been on the UNESCO Heritage List since 1996, is considered to be the largest landscape area in Europe, beautifully modified by man.
