Dunbar is a pleasant little seaside town on the East coast of Scotland. The High Street has a number of interesting stores but access could be a lot better than it is. Many of the stores have narrow entrances and steps. Getting around in my manual wheelchair is not all that easy.

The town has some good facilities. There is a modern swimming pool with wave machine and flume. A picturesque harbour area but a fairly steep slope from the harbour up to the main street.

Out to the west of the town is Belhaven Bay, a huge flat beach with a spectacular "Bridge to Nowhere" (Google Dunbar bridge to nowhere) that is completely cut off by high tide!
