The first mention of the church. Bartholomew in Pardubice dates from 1295, but the original Romanesque church was destroyed during the Hussite wars, as well as the adjacent monastery. Its foundations were found beneath the present church, which was built in 1507 William of Pernštejna as part of the monastery minoritů.Pro wheelchair is about 3 to climb stairs, but are available rails to facilitate enter the church.
